中文摘要随着社会的进步与网络技术的迅速进展，网络隐私面临着前所未有的威胁。因此，确认网络隐私权，完善网络隐私权保护的相关法律制度显得尤为迫切。如何既恰当地保护网络隐私权,又不阻碍网络的正常进展,已经成为各国制定网络隐私权保护的法律法规的重点和难点。目前，我国传统隐私权立法尚未完备，网络隐私权的法律保护在具体操作上实行的措施也不够到位。我们应综合考虑目前的立法状况和网络时代侵犯隐私权的特征,借鉴他国的先进经验并结合我国具体国情,完善我国网络隐私权的法律保护制度,全面保护公民的网络隐私权。关键词：网络隐私；保护；行业自律；立法价值AbstractAlong with social progress and rapid development of network technology, network facing unprecedented threats to privacy.
