毕 业 设 计专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 班级学号: 机自 0812 学生姓名: 洪平 指导老师: 吕天 讲师 二〇一二年六月本科生毕业设计插板阀的结构设计The Design and Motion Simulation of Opened Gate Valve 专业班级:机自 0812学生姓名:洪平 指导老师:吕天 讲师系 别:机械工程学院2025 年 06 月摘 要阀门是一种机械装置,用于在闭式管路如管道和管线内流体的截断或进、出的流量控制。 本文主要介绍了敞开式插板阀的结构特点、工作原理并对主要构件进行设计和校核计算,并以 CAD/CAM/CAE 集成化软件 Solidworks 为设计平台,进行了敞开式插板阀的建模、装配、运动仿真,对阀体尺寸和结构进行优化。通过 Solidworks 强大完善的功能对阀门进行运动仿真分析,缩短了产品的设计周期,减少了软件间的数据交换。整个阀门从建模、装配、运动仿真到优化设计在同一个软件中进行,减少了物理样机的制造、试验等过程,提高了工作效率,缩短了产品的设计周期。关键词: 插板阀;Solidworks;运动仿真ABSTRACTA valves is a mechanical device to shut off flow or control the rate of flowing into, or out of such enclosed conduits as piping and tubing.The This paper introduced the character structure and operating principle of open-type gate valve, which to design and check analog with the major part, with the platform of CAD/CAM/CAE integrated swith the result that the dimension and structure of valve body are optimized. The advantage of the powerful functions of Solidworks software is made to ody are optimized. Entity valve from modeling, assembling, motion simulation and optimality design will be processed in the same software.
