摘要本论文的课题是数控车床横向进给部件改进设计及故障维修的。首先对设计任务进行分析,拟定总体方案。其次,对数控机床各功能部分计算和选型,并对横向进给伺服系统机械部分的结构设计,最后对横向进给伺服系统故障维修。主要设计原理,包含横向进给系统的动力设计与计算,滚珠丝杆螺母副、步进电机的选型与计算,装配图等。关键词:横向进给部件改进;滚珠丝杠;步进电机AbstractThe topic of this paper is the numerical control lathe transverse feed components to improve design and fault maintenance. First analyze the design task, and formulate overall plan. Second, the nc machine tools each function part of the calculation and selection, and the mechanical part of transverse feed servo system structure design, finally, the transverse feed servo system fault maintenance.
