AbstractAfter Hong Kong and Macao’s returning home, China experienced a diverse legal phenomena, which indicates that China has grown from a single legal system has become a multi-national development rule of law. This situation will inevitably produce the Interregional conflict of laws. Interregional Conflict of Laws in China was created in specific historical conditions, with its own unique characteristics. This article on the one hand drawing the United States to resolve interstate conflict of laws approach, on the other hand Interregional Conflict of Laws in our country's characteristics and our special conditions, explore an appropriate solution of Interregional legal conflict. Mainly Unified Interregional Conflicts Law and Unified Substantive Laws, Inter-regional judicial assistance and jurisprudence three aspects, simple introduced Solve our Interregional legal Conflicts. Key words: interregional conflict laws; inter-regional judicial assistance; One country two systems浅论我国区际法律冲突 随着香港、澳门领土的回归和台湾地区即将统一，加上我国“一国两制”方针的实施，我国变成了多法域的国家。由于各法域的法律制度的不同，具体的法律规定必定有所不同，在调整法域之间形成的法律关系时使用不同法域的法律就会导致不同的后果，可见区际法律冲突是在调整涉及相关法域的法律关系时，有关各法域的法律效力的抵触。所谓区际法律冲突，就是在一个国家内部不同地区的法律制度之间的冲突，或者说是一个国家内部不同法域之间的法律冲突。需要注意的是，不同法律关系由不同的部门法来调整，各法域间调整不同法律关系部门法是有差异的。所以从广义上看，法律冲突有可能是民商法等私法之间的冲突，也可能是刑法、行政法等公法之间的冲突。各法域民商事交往的进展及利益冲突的产生引发了各法域间法律冲突问题，因此讨论我国区际法律冲突的解决途径有着重要的意义。一、完善我国区际法律冲突问题的意义 （一）有利于我国各法域之间的民商事交往 在香港和澳门还没有回归之前，我国大陆已经和香港、澳门在经济方...
