三 江 学 院本科毕业设计（论文）题 目 台灯底座下盖板注射模具设计 院 系 机械设计制造及其自动化专业 学 号 G095152025 学生姓名 蔡 旺 指导老师 起讫日期 2025. 1 2. 17 — 2025. 4 . 5 设计地点 三 江 学 院 摘 要本文主要介绍了台灯底座下盖板注射模具的设计，塑件的材料是 ABS 塑料，通过分析塑料成型工艺制作决定了本模具的成型工艺方案。通过测绘零件图纸，设计了一副标准模具，主要运用镶块拼接方法解决了复杂造型简单化的问题。对模具进行了成型零部件、浇注系统、推出机构和复位机构的设计。选择了合理的分型面，保证塑件脱模的顺利。在制造方面，运用数控车铣技术，提高了模具加工精度和加工效率，从而保证产品的精度及工艺要求。关键词：台灯底座下盖板, ABS 塑料, 注射模具, 侧浇口, 镶块AbstractThis article primarily describes table lamp base cover injection mould design, Plastic materials are ABS plastic. By analyzing the plastic molding process determines the process dies. Through parts of surveying and mapping, it designed a standard mold. It splicing the main use of inserts to resolve the problem of complex modeling simplification. It was forming mold parts, injection system, introduction agencies and the reset mechanism design. It chose a reasonable sub-surface to ensure the smooth plastic stripping.
