By analyzing the plastic molding process determines the process dies. Through parts of surveying and mapping, it designed a standard mold. It splicing the main use of inserts to resolve the problem of complex modeling simplification. It was forming mold parts, injection system, introduction agencies and the reset mechanism design. It chose a reasonable sub-surface to ensure the smooth plastic stripping.
