摘 要本次毕业设计的题目是电火花数控机床主轴附件头 AB 轴设计。是在现有的电火花数控机床主轴三坐标联动的基础上增加了一个具有两个旋转自由度的主轴附件头,将其安装在原有的主轴头上,与原有的主轴组成一个整体,成为一个多自由度的主轴头,再通过对数控系统的升级,使该机床成为五坐标联动的数控机床。这样的双回转数控工作台可以沿 XY、Z 方向作平行移动,A 轴上能够在一定角度内连续旋转,B 轴也可以做旋转运动,且 A、B 两轴能同时运动,随时停止。不仅可以加工简单的直线、斜线、圆弧,还可适应更复杂的曲面和球形零件的加工。本课题讨论的主要内容包括:确定主轴附件头的传动方案;驱动力计算及其他相关计算;零件设计与校核;零件图、装配图的绘制。关键词:数控;主轴附件头;五坐标轴联动;AbstractThe graduation project is the subject of EDM CNC machine tool spindle attachment head AB axis design.
