摘 要本论文讨论肋板类零件的数控加工工艺及编程,肋板类零件是航空发动机等航空设备中应用广泛的一类零件,通常用作支撑件,其结构较为复杂,一般使用数控加工方法进行制造。本文使用大型 CAD/CAM 软件 UG 进行了肋板零件的实体建模,分析了肋板零件的工艺特性,设计了数控加工工艺并编制了加工程序,最后使用 UG 软件的加工仿真功能对所设计的加工工艺化及加工程序进行了切削仿真,验证了加工工艺及加工程序的正确性。本文设计的数控加工工艺及数控编程方法有一定的通用性,对同类型零件的数控加工有一定的参考价值。关键词: UG 软件;数控加工工艺;数控编程 AbstractPresent paper research ribbed plate class components numerical control processing craft and programming,The ribbed plate class components are aeronautical equipments and so on in aircraft engine apply widespread kind of components, Usually serves as the support, Its structure is complex, The general use numerical control processing method carries on the manufacture.
