试论电子商务企业如何建立财务风险管理制度 □□□□□□专业学生姓名 □□□□ 指导老师 □□□□摘要 随着全球经济一体化的进展，我国电子商务企业面临瞬息万变的环境，使财务风险更加多样化和复杂化，同时财务风险对我国电子商务企业影响日益加深。做好企业财务风险管理工作，对于电子商务企业来说尤其重要。财务风险是客观存在的，既不能消灭它，也不能躲避它。但是，通过对财务风险进行预测，防范以及总结，可使财务风险降到最低，实现电子商务企业财务成果最大化。本文结合电子商务企业的现实行业状况，从对财务风险的认识上出发，指出电子商务企业的财务风险管理上存在财务风险意识淡薄、企业融资难、缺乏应对风险的能力等问题。继而针对发现的问题进行分析，在此基础上提出培育高素养企业管理人才、加强电子商务企业自身管理水平、建立财务风险预警机制等一些具有针对性的防范措施，使电子商务企业财务风险得到控制，提高电子商务企业应对财务风险的能力。关键词：财务风险 电子商务企业 预警机制Abstract Along with the development of global economic integration, China's electronic commerce enterprises are facing a rapidly changing environment in which the financial risk is more diverse and complex, while the financial risk of the growing impact of China's electronic commerce enterprises. Good corporate financial risk management, is especially important for electronic commerce enterprises. Financial risk is an objective reality, that they cannot destroy it, can escape it.
