ICU 患者医疗器械相关性压力性损伤讨论进展[摘要]ICU 患者病情危重，且随着医疗器械在 ICU 的广泛应用，医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的发生率逐渐升高。目前关于 ICU 患者医疗器械相关性压力损伤的讨论逐渐受到临床关注，本文从 MDRPI 发生的影响因素、预防及护理这几个角度出发，通过综述 ICU患者 MDRPI 的讨论进展，希望能为其临床预防和护理策略的制定提供一些参考依据。[关键词] ICU；医疗器械；压力性损伤；综述[Abstract] ICU patients are in critical condition, and with the widespread use of medical devices in ICU, the incidence of medical device-related pressure injuries is gradually increasing. At present, research on medical device-related pressure injuries in ICU patients has gradually attracted clinical attention. This article starts from the perspectives of the influencing factors, prevention and care of MDRPI, and reviews the research progress of MDRPI in ICU patients, hoping to provide clinical prevention and The formulation of nursing strategy provides some reference basis.[Key words] ICU；Medical Device；pressure injury；review医疗器械相关性压力性损伤（medical device related pressure injury, MDRPI）是指因使用诊断或治疗所用的医疗器械而导致的压力性损伤，其损伤部位的形状多与医疗器械形状接近或一致[1]。随着医疗器械在临床的广泛应用,MDRPI 的发生率逐渐升高。MDRPI 的产生，带给患者痛苦，影响着患者的生存质量，阻碍患者疾病的好转，甚至引起患者与医护人员之间的矛盾，产生医疗纠纷[2]。重症监护室（Intensive care unit，ICU）患者因病情危重，常使用与普通临床科室相比较更多的医疗器械，在医疗器械使用部位常常发生各种程度的MDRPI。因此本文从 MDRPI 发生的影响因素、预防及护理这几个角度出发，通过综述 ICU 患者 MDRPI 的讨论进展，希望能为其临床预防和护理策略的制定提供一些参考依据。1 MDRPI 的流行病学Coyer 等人[3]调研了 615 例 ICU 重症患者，这些患者分别来自于美国和澳大利亚的 ICU 病房，时间持续 6 个月，调研中发现在美国 ICU 病房中 MDRPI 的总体现患率为 3.1%（15/483），在澳大利亚 ICU 病房中的...
