复方大血藤对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用【摘要】 目的: 讨论复方大血藤对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用及作用机理,为临床用药提供药理学依据。方法: 于 SD 雄性大鼠前列腺背叶注射消痔灵复制慢性非细菌性前列腺炎动物模型,用复方大血藤进行治疗,观察前列腺组织形态学变化,测定大鼠前列腺组织中肿瘤坏死因子- α白介素- 8 水平。结果: 复方大血藤能改善 CNP 模型大鼠前列腺的组织病理结构,减轻炎症反应,降低 TNF α和 IL 8 水平。结论: 复方大血藤可减轻 CNP 时的慢性炎症病理改变,其作用机制可能与降低前列腺组织中 TNF α和 IL 8 水平有关。【关键词】 前列腺炎; 复方大血藤; 肿瘤坏死因子α; 白细胞介素 8 [Abstract]Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of Daxueteng compound (DXT) on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis induced by Xiaozhiling. Methods: Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis animal model was established by injecting xiaozhiling into the prostate notopodium of SD male rats. The rat models were treated with DXT. The therapeutical effect of DXT and the changes of prostate tissue were observed. The tissue levels of tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin 8 were determined with radio immunity : DXT inhibited the histo pathological changes and relieved inflammatory reaction of model rats, and showed effects of depressing TNF α and IL 8 in model rats. Conclusion: DXT can inhibit the chronic pathological changes of the prostatic tissue, to which the decrease of TNF α and IL 8 levels in prostate tissue might be one of the mechanisms.
