幼儿园课题讨论工作中存在的问题及对策4(11 页)Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精，善益求善。幼儿园课题讨论存在的问题及对策范元春(山东师范大学 教育学院)摘要：伴随着基础教育课程改革的推动，越来越多的幼儿园意识到了课题讨论的重要性，各地悄然兴起一股课题讨论的热潮。幼儿园课题讨论在具有独特价值的同时，还存在：选题目的不明确、课题讨论不重视过程、老师参加教研的积极性不高并导致教研气氛沉闷、管理者（园长）言行不一致、教研工作形式化，成果短效等问题。为使幼儿园课题讨论健康进展提出：明确课题目标，增强课题意识、重视课题选择，落实课题讨论的过程、加强老师专业培训，提升老师综合素养、要营造良好的讨论氛围、提高幼儿园教研组织者（园长）的引领能力、让老师成为教研活动的主体等对策，以促进幼儿园能够真正有效搞好幼儿园课题讨论。关键词：幼儿园；课题讨论； 对策中图分类号：G613.2Research work of the kindergarten Problems and SolutionsFanyuanchun(Shandong Normal University Institute of Education)Abstract: Along with the basic education curriculum reforms, more and more aware of the kindergarten the importance of research, a quietly rising all over the upsurge of research.
