强化制造企业管理 控制非制造成本强化制造企业管理 控制非制造成本 摘要：随着经济和科学就技术不断的进展，在一定程度上促进了制造企业进展。然而，制造业在企业管理中总会出现一些问题，尤其是成本问题中的非制造成本问题。为了更好解决非制造成本问题，有必要对非制造成本进行相应分析，并在此基础上实行相应措施，以降低非成本制造，使制造企业管理得到进一步强化。本文主要从对制造业采购管理进行分析、对制造业中在制品管理进行分析等方面出发，对强化制造企业管理和控制非制造成本进行相应分析。 关键词：制造企业；管理；控制；非制造成本 Abstract: The unceasing development of economy and science and technology, has promoted the development of manufacturing enterprises to some extent. However, there are often some problems in the business management of the manufacturing enterprises, especially the non-manufacturing costs in the cost issues. In order to better solve the problem of non-manufacturing costs, it is necessary to make an analysis on the non-manufacturing costs, and take corresponding measures on the basis, to lower the non-manufacturing costs and further strengthen the enterprise management. This paper mainly analyzes the procurement management, product management, enterprise management strengthening and the control of non-manufacturing costs of the manufacturing enterprises.
