房地产项目开发质量监督管理探讨房地产项目开发质量监督管理探讨 摘要:随着我国农村城镇化的进展,商品住房需求量日益增加,我国房地产开发市场不断扩大,房地产行业迅猛进展,房地产质量问题成为了各界人士共同关注的焦点。质量问题一旦出现不仅会给购买者带来经济损失和安全隐患,也会给开发商带来维修的麻烦和信誉问题。因此作为开发方,一定要加强质量监督管理,将质量问题解决在萌芽阶段。本文就房地产项目开发质量监督管理存在的问题从体制、设计阶段和施工阶段提出了一些建议。 关键词:房地产;质量;监督;管理 Abstract: with the development of our country's rural urbanization, commercial housing demand is growing, China's real estate development market continues to expand, the real estate industry rapid development, real estate quality problems become the focus of attention of the people from all walks of life together.
