服务创新研究摘要： 如今，服务业占 GDP 的比重已经成为衡量一个国家发达程度的指标之一，服务创新作为创新理论研究的一个新兴分支被越来越多的人重视，本文对服务创新进行了研究，首先介绍了服务业的概念与服务创新的内涵，并对国内服务创新的研究现状进行了简单介绍，然后从服务创新的目标、障碍和一般流程三个方面对服务创新研究进行了详细探讨，其中引入了德国以及意大利对服务创新的调查分析表，并针对表中数据提出了自己的见解，最后提出了对进一步进行服务创新研究的建议。关键词：服务业；创新；研究Abstract Nowadays, the proportion of services in GDP is one of the indicators to measure a country’s level of development, service innovation as a new branch of innovation theory research attracts more and more people’s attention, this text studied services innovation, firstly introduces the concept of service and the connotation of innovation service, and simply introduce the research status of domestic service innovation, and then discuss the service innovation research in detail from three aspects:the goals, obstacles and general flow.
