刍议建筑工程的技术管理刍议建筑工程的技术管理 摘要：施工技术管理是建筑工程施工中的核心所在，是建筑工程从施工到验收一系列过程顺利进行的重要保障。随着经济的高速进展，我国的建筑行业取得了长足的进展，也暴露了一些问题，这些问题给我国建筑行业的健康进展带来了一定程度的不利影响。本文先是讨论了施工技术管理的重要性以及原则，然后指出了当前施工技术管理中存在的常见问题，最后探讨了建筑工程施工中施工技术管理的具体措施，旨在推动我国施工技术管理水平的不断提高。 关键词：施工技术管理；建筑工程；措施 Abstract: The construction technology management is the core of construction, is the important guarantee of building project from construction to acceptance of a series of process smoothly. With the rapid development of economy, China's construction industry has achieved great development, but also exposed some problems, brought a degree of adverse effects of these problems for the healthy development of China's construction industry. This paper first discusses the importance of construction technology management and principles, and then points out the common problems existing in current construction technology management, and probes into the concrete measures for the construction technology management in building engineering construction; to promote the management level of construction of our country continues to improve.
