浅谈施工企业物资管理信息化浅谈施工企业物资管理信息化 摘要:随着经济全球化的进展以及知识经济时代的到来，21世纪的企业管理和工程项目管理必将走向信息化，企业间的竞争将越来越依赖于信息技术。本文分析了目前我国施工企业的管理现状，提出了施工企业管理信息化的内容和意义，并为施工企业物资管理信息化的实现提出了建议措施。以期优化企业物资管理模式，提高企业的整体管理效率。 关键词:施工企业；物资；信息化 Abstract: with the development of economic globalization and the arrival of the knowledge economy age, the 21st century enterprise management and project management will give way to the information, the enterprise competition will rely more and more on information technology. Keywords: construction enterprise; Materials; information. 中图分类号： [F235.3] 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 前言 企业信息化管理, 就是指用信息技术重构企业的核心业务管理, 利用计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术控制和集成化管理企业生产经营活动中的所有信息, 实现企业内部信息的共享和有效利用, 加强企业运作控制,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。施工企业物资管理业务繁琐，工作量大而效率低下，要使施工企业管理水平有本质提升,适应全面预算管理要求，就必须要推行信息化管理。 1 施工企业的管理现状 当前施工企业存在如下管理现状： 1.1 国有施工企业存在内在的先无不足，改革改制举步维艰，摆脱劳动密集型，转变为知识管理密集型缺乏技术手段和动力。 1.2 工程项目点多面广，但项目管理一收就死，一放就乱，分散管理导致资源浪费，有限的资源难以进行有效的集中管理。 1.3 施工企业在建筑市场中以从属角色出现，是利益冲突的弱势群体，工程项目历经投标、...
