Read, listen and chant.（1）师生对话。T: What’s this?（出示牙齿图片） Ss: It’s a picture of teeth.（教师板书 teeth）T: What’s this?（出示数字 3 的手势图片）Ss: It’s three.（教师板书 three）T: Is she fat or thin?（出示瘦女孩的图片）Ss: Thin.（教师板书 thin）（2）教师带读，引导学生思考上述三个词的相同点，并教读发音/θ/。随后给出其他含有th 发音/θ/的单词，如：thirteen，maths，fifth，birthday，third，让学生试着读一读，并请几名同学领读，纠正学生发音。（3）出示近处以及远处的书，引导学生表达 this 和 that，出示“妈妈”和“兄弟”的图片，引导学生说出 mother 和 brother，并让学生思考上述四个词的相同点，教读发音 /ð/。随后给出其他含有th发音/ð/的单词，如：father，there，grandfather，grandmother，让学生试着读一读，并请几名同学领读，纠正学生发音。（4）讲解说明 th 发音/θ/和/ð/的方法。（5）播放录音，学生跟读该部分单词，体会单词中 th 发音不同。（6）Let’s chant： My birthday is in three more days.
