德国职业教育人才培养方案的开发与实施研究 摘 要：通过查阅文献，联系笔者赴德国培训经历，分析了德国“双元制”教育人才培养方案的制定与实施做法，研究了德国“双元制”教育人才培养方案的主要内容，并揭示了我国高等职业教育从德国“双元制”教育人才培养方案的设计与实施中应得到的启示。关键词：德国职业教育、人才培养方案、启示中图分类号：G4 文献标识码: A Research on the development and implementation of the talent training program for Vocational Education in GermanyAbstract: Through the literature, combined with training experience in Germany, comparative analysis of talent training scheme of Germany occupation education practice and the implementation of the research on the German "dual system" education personnel training program of the main content, discusses the higher vocational education in our country from the German "dual system of education and training of talents" design and implementation of the plan of enlightenment.Key words: German vocational education. Enlightenment德国的“双元制”教育是符合德国国情，具有鲜明德国职业教育特色的教育模式，对其经济发展和社会进步起到了巨大的推进作用，在很多方面值得我国职业教育学习、消化和吸收。其中，德国职业教育中的“双元制”人才培养方案的制定与实施是德国职业教育的重要特色。笔者近年多次参加教育部组织的“中德教育人员联合培训项目高职骨干教师培训班”，对德国职业教育人才培养方案的实质、制定过程和执行细节等有所思考，深感其对我国职业教育的发展有诸多指导意义。1 德国职业教育人才培养方案的开发原则德国“双元制”人才培养方案的编制遵循严格的流程。首先是培养要求的制定，由相关领域公司和行业协会共同提出，接着由州政府、联邦职业教育研究所和联邦劳动局组织该领域专家进行实际调查研究，提出该岗位具体的能力目标和内容目标，然后职教所组织专家起草该专业人才培养方案，最后由文化部和联邦教育局审批 [1]。德国职业教育人才培养方案的开发和调整遵照原则如下：适应经济发展要求、满足岗位能力要求、顺应企业技术发展要求。1.1 适应经济发展要求原则德国“双元制...
