基于平衡计分卡的公司业绩评价-以纳爱斯集团为例摘要:现在全世界各个国家都讲求相互之间经济合作，中国的很多公司都已经和国外开始合作，且其业绩评估也不断的在完善，可是和那些经济较发达的国家相比，还存在一定的差距。全球的经济已经不再是低谷时期，现在的竞争逐渐的激烈起来，对于国内的公司来说，更要努力做好自己，制定良好的发展战略，制定相关的公司业绩评估系统，这样才能够在激烈的竞争中占据优势。探讨纳爱斯集团如何应用平衡计分卡改进业绩评价，既是对前人研究的深入，也为纳爱斯集团提供了基于平衡计分卡的业绩评价解决方案，更为其他类似企业提供有益的借鉴。关键词：平衡计分卡；业绩评价；纳爱斯集团Abstract ： Now countries all over the world are pursuing economic cooperation , many companies in China have started to cooperate with foreign countries, and the performance evaluation is also constantly improved, but compared with the developed countries, also slightly. The global economy is no longer at the bottom, now the competition is gradually fierce , for domestic companies, to do their own, make the good development strategy, formulate related companies operating performance evaluation system, so that it can occupy the advantage in fierce competition.
