摘 要随着中国人口老龄化的快速发展，养老保险基金受到了人们的广泛关注。跟发达国家相比，我国养老保险基金的监管相对较晚，缺乏经验，理论研究也比较薄弱。目前，存在监管不力，监督手段不完善，监督机制不完善等问题。全文共分为五个部分。首先分析了养老保险基金监管的问题和原因，国际上养老保险基金监管的经验为养老基金吉林省监管工作提出了切实可行的建议。一是对吉林省养老保险基金监管的有效性，提出吉林省养老金监管的实际问题。二是针对监管存在的问题，分析了吉林省养老保险基金监管现状及存在的问题，并对相关问题提出了实质性的对策。在现有的国内外养老保险基金监管经验和制度的基础上，根据我国的基本国情提出适合当前实际情况的吉林省养老保险监管体系构建建议。为了实现吉林省养老金的有效监管，提出了相应的对策。 关键词：吉林省；养老保险基金；基金监管；监管制度AbstractWith the rapid development of China’s aging population, pension insurance funds have received widespread attention.
