毕业设计(论文)专业:班级:学生姓名:学号:课题:柔性高楼逃生通道安装工程研究指导教师:2014年6月13日安徽建筑大学本科毕业设计(论文)1摘要目前城市消防应急逃生与救援能力与高层建筑的快速发展严重失衡,已经成为制约被困人员逃生和高楼火灾有效扑救的致命缺陷。在这样的背景下,采用一种新型的、有效的、方便的高楼逃生装置将是非常必要的,其中柔性高楼逃生装置就是一种特别先进、安全、有效的救生方式,并且在好多场合下已经得到验证,该通道为多段式结构,每段由几节布袋组成,每个布袋为双层结构;沿通道方向有4根加强绳,每节布袋两端设有加强圈。外层布袋的材料为防火玻璃纤维,每节布袋的外层设有逃生门,逃生门两侧均设有把手,把手上带有可与建筑物相连的拉索;通道悬挂存放在建筑顶部,释放下落后逃生门的位置与建筑物的窗口或阳台相对应,能满足不同楼层的人群同时进入通道快速逃生;内层布袋的材料为高强度抗拉弹性材料,呈倒锥筒形状,锥面上设有两道弹性束紧带制作的减速环4根加强带,内层布袋能有效地控制逃生者的下降速度,逐节下落,安全到达地面。首先本文介绍了高楼逃生装置的几种常见类型,并简单阐述了各类逃生通道的优点和局限性,以及介绍了国内外逃生技术的发展现状。其次,本文对柔性高楼逃生通道的框架结构和安装工程进行了详细的阐述和说明,并使用三维建模。最后,根据安装过程中确定的相关参数,运用三维软件PROE进行三维建模,并使用PROE中的有限元分析模块对储存箱进行力学分析,校核其使用时的可靠程度,并对其进行优化,保证装置的安全可靠性。关键词:高楼逃生;逃生设备;多入口式柔性逃生设备;PROE安徽建筑大学本科毕业设计(论文)2AbstractCurrentlythecityfireemergencyescapeandrescuecapabilitiesandrapiddevelopmentofhigh-risebuildingsimbalancehasbecometrappedrestrictingeffectivefightinghigh-risefireescapeandfatalflaw.Inthiscontext,theuseofanovel,effective,convenientandhigh-riseescapedeviceisnecessary,whichisaflexiblehigh-riseescapedeviceparticularlyadvanced,safe,andeffectivelife-savingmanner,andinalotofoccasionsalreadyverified,thechannelisdiversestructure,eachcomposedofseveralsectionsbags,eachbagisdoublestructure;alongthechanneldirection6tostrengthentherope,theendsofeachsectionofthebaghasastiffeningring.Outerbagmaterialisfire-resistantglassfibers,theouterbagofeachsectionhasescapedoors,escapedoorsareequippedwithhandlesonbothsides,thecablecanbeconnectedtothebuildingwiththehandle;channelhangingstorageinthebuildingatthetop,releasenextescapedoorbehindawindoworbalconyofthebuildingcorrespondstothelocation,tomeetthedifferentfloorsofthecrowdwhileenteringthechannelfastescape;innerbagismadeofhigh-strengthtensileelasticmaterial,theshapeofaninvertedcone,conetighteningtheelasticbandprovidedprescriberinggear3andtheproductionofthereinforcingbeltwiththeinnerbagcanbeeffectivelycontrolledbytherateofdeclineofescape.Thispaperdescribesthehigh-riseescapedeviceresearchstatus,characteristicsandtrendsoftheseyears;throughtheintroductionofmodernescapedevicecontrast,describesthehigh-risediverseentranceFlexiblepossessadvantages,characteristicsandfuturetrends.Secondly,theinstallationofflexiblehigh-riseescapetheconcretecontentsofexpositionandexplanation;Finally,indetermininghowtoinstall,basedontheinstallationprocessinaccordancewiththerelevantparametersdeterminedusingathree-dimensionalthree-dimensionalmodelingsoftwarePROE,thenthestoragetankstressanalysisandverification,toensuretheabsolutesafetyoftheinstallationworksunderthecircumstances,consistentwiththedesignstandardsKeywords:High-riseescape;Escapedevice;High-riseflexibleescapechutePROE安徽建筑大学本科毕业设计(论文)3目录摘要.....
