1/15500上光机操作说明书整机图片一、输纸机使用说明1、输纸机概述输纸机是机械的重要组成部分，输纸机功能是自动、准确、平稳、周期性地将纸张进行逐张分离，并连续地送至规矩定位部件。本机输纸的方式为连续输纸方式，也称重迭式输纸，具有自动化程度高、结构紧凑、性能好、操作方便、输纸准确、精度高等优点。输纸机主要组成部分有输纸过桥、输纸头、堆纸台、提升系统、及传动系统。1．输纸过桥2.输纸头3.堆纸台4.提升系统1、输纸过桥输纸过桥上装有输送皮带、压纸框等附件，负责将飞达送出的纸张规整的输送到上光主机部分。2、输纸头及各部分调节输纸头是输纸机的核心。本机采用连续重叠式气动输纸头，具有便于调节、满足多种纸张规格、输纸准确平稳、效率高的优点。下图为其外观图：附通业飞达外观图单页各部件的布置情况如下：2/15俯视图压脚一般与机器中心线重合。距纸张中线两侧的1/4位置是吸嘴工作的最有利位置，这两条线也称为纸张的稳定线，走纸轮也应布置在稳定线上。输纸头采用单独电机驱动，传动简图如下：附图（还没有）㈠、走纸吸嘴的调节①走纸吸嘴位置调节两个吸嘴应对称安装在离纸边1/4的稳定线，以保持递纸平稳。②纠正纸张歪斜调节拧动输纸头上调节手柄4,改变一侧滑道7水平位置即可。③走纸吸嘴高低调节视纸张的厚度幅面确定，一般在分纸吸嘴所吸住纸张上方3~5mm为宜。㈡、松纸吸嘴的调节①.吸嘴高度调节视分离纸张的厚度和幅面来确定吸嘴下降到最低位置时距纸堆的高度，一般情况下薄纸6~8mm，厚度2~3mm，调节时转动手轮，使连摆杆和连杆的偏心转动，从而达到使吸嘴上下调节的目的。②.吸嘴角度调节一般情况下吸嘴处于垂直工作状态,当分离80g/m2以下的薄纸时，将两个吸嘴对称调至微内倾状，这样吸嘴吸住并提起纸张时，使被吸起纸张成“⌒”。这样可以防止双张，又便于压脚插入吹气。(三)、Adjustpressfeet:3/15diagram3①.Theheightpressfeetinsertisgenerallycontrolledamong8~12mm，thepressfeetcanbeinserteddeeperforlightpapertoincreasethecontactingsurfaceandreducethepressuretoavoidthepressureofpressfeettoobig，andpaperdepressedsomuch,whichkeepsfeedingwell.②.theheightofpressingfoot：infact,theheightofpressingfootcontrolstheworkingheightofpile,whenthepiledescends,thepressingfootwillreleasefromthepilesurface.Withthespring,screwAtouchesmicroswitchtoruntheliftingmotoroffeedingtable,ascendthepileat0.5～2mm/times，sothattheworkingheightofpilecanbekept.Rotatethehandwheeltomakethepressingfootatthebottom,atthemoment,adjustscrewAtotouchmicroswitch,thenthepileliftingrangecanbeconfirmed.(四)、paper-looseadjustmentdiagram4Thenozzleforpaper-looseisintalledatthebackendofpile,thecentreofnozzleshouldbeaimedatthetopsurfaceofpile.NutAcanadjusttheupanddownpositionofnozzle,screwBcan4/15adjustthefrontandbackpositionofnozzle.Generallyspeaking,3-10sheetsonpilecanbeblownloosely,thatisok.(五)、Brushadjustmentdiagram5Thebrushisusedtoremovethereductantpapersuckedbythesuckertoavoiddouble-sheetormult—sheet.Thepositionsofflatbrushandslantingbrushareshownintheabovediagram.Thedetailedadjustmentistoensurethatthebrushcanremovethereductantpaper,butthesuckershouldabsorbpaper.Accordingtopaperrequirement,chooseflatbrushandslantingbrush.(六)、Adjustmentofairvalvediagram6Rotatableairvalveisadoptedinthismachine.Fouradjustedknobsontheleftmeanrespectively:paper-loose,air-blowingofpressingfoot,suckerforpaperadvancing,suckerforpaperseparation,airvolumecanbeadjustedaccordingtothearrowdirection.Iftheairsuckingorblowingpressurecannotmeettherequirements,adjustthepressurevalveofairpumpandvacuumpumptomeetthedemand.Torunairpump:toruntheairpumpwhenthesuckerforpaperseparationliesatthebottom,atthistime,thepapercanbeseparatedimmediately,andotherp...
