孩子写给父母的“十诫”2015-04-20南桥这是少年商学院微信（点击标题下方“少年商学院”关注）的第715次分享，作者系少年商学院特约撰稿人、在美国高校从事课程设计工作的南桥。我们已获授权，请勿转载。少年商学院编辑注：大家可能对《诫子书》耳熟能详，那是诸葛亮临终前写给他儿子诸葛瞻的一封家书，其中“静以修身，俭以养德”“非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远”都是脍炙人口的名句。不过在美国，事情反过来了，孩子们写给家长们若干“忠告”，堪称《诫父母书》了。收拾东西，翻出女儿有一年暑假参加一个VacationBibleSchool时候拿回家的一个“十诫”，读来很有启发，有很多方面我都没有做到，应该好好学习。我还翻译了出来，供其他家长借鉴：AChild’sTenCommandmentstoParents父母十诫1.Myhandsaresmall;pleasedon’texpectperfectionwheneverImakemybed,drawapictureorthrowaball.Mylegsareshort;pleaseslowdownsothatIcankeepupwithyou.我的手还小，我铺床、画画、扔球的时候，请您不要求全责备。我的腿比您短，请您走慢些，好让我能跟上。2.Myeyeshavenotseentheworldasyourshave;pleaseletmeexploresafely;don’trestrictmeunnecessarily.我还没有像您一样见多识广，在安全的前提下，请让我去去大胆探索，不要到处限制。3.Houseworkandmoneywillalwaysbethere.I’monlylittleforsuchashorttime-pleasetakethetimetoexplainthingstomeaboutthiswonderfulworldanddosowillingly.家务活是做不完的，钱是挣不完的，而我的童年这么短暂，能否花点时间和我在一起，跟我讲述这个世界的奥妙。4.Myfeelingsaretender,pleasebesensitive.Don’tnagmealldaylong.(Youwouldn’twanttobenaggedforyourinquisitiveness).Treatmeasyouwouldliketobetreated.我的感情十分稚嫩，请对我的需要保持敏感，不要成天跟我数落唠叨。（我也不会对您的再三问询感到厌烦。）己所不欲，勿施于人。5.IamaspecialgiftfromGod;pleasetreasuremeasmyCreatorintendedyoutodo,holdingmeaccountableformyactions,givingmeguidelinestolivebyanddiscipliningmeinalovingmanner.我是上帝赐给您的特别礼物，请像造物主所希望的那样，好好珍惜我，帮助我对我的行为负责，教我如何做人，我做错事情的时候，带着爱心管教我。6.Ineedyourencouragementtogrow.Pleasegoeasyonthecriticism;youcancriticizethethingsIdowithoutcriticizingme.我需要您的鼓励。批评我的时候，请注意您的方式。您批评的时候，可以对事不对人。7.Pleasegivemethefreedomtomakedecisionsconcerningmyself.Permitmetofail,sothatIcanlearnfrommyownmistakes.ThensomedayIwillbepreparedtomakethekindofdecisionslifewillrequireofme.请允许我为自己做主。允许我犯错误，好让我能从自己的错误中得到学习，这样将来有一天，我就可以为自己的生活做出决定。8.Pleasedon’tdothingsoverforme.Somehowthatmakesmefeelthatmyeffortsdidn’tquitemeasuretoyourexpectations.Iknowit’shard,butpleasedon’ttrytocomparemetomybrotherorsisterorotherkids.不要事事替我代劳。要是您这样的话，我会觉得您看不上我所做的一切。我知道这很难，可是请不要拿我跟我的哥哥姐姐或其他小孩去比。9.Pleasedon’tbeafraidtoleaveforaweekendtogether.Kidsneedavacationfromparents,justasparentsneedvacationsfromkids.Besidesit’sagreatwaytoshowuskidsthatyourmarriageisveryspecial.如果有需要，你们二位可以一起去找个别的地方度周末。父母可以给孩子放假，孩子也可以给父母放假。你们一起度假，也可以让我们看到你们的婚姻何等宝贵。10.Pleasesetagoodexampleformetofollowinallthewaysoflife.Ienjoywatchingthethingsyoudoandwanttodothemjustlikeyoudo.在生活的各个方面，都给我树立榜样。我喜欢看着您的一言一行，我会处处模仿。
