1 / 34 四叶型转子泵设计ee 指导教师: e [ 摘要 ] 四叶型转子泵广泛用于输送粘稠介质,以其体积小,动力强劲、无污染等优点被广泛应用于食品、饮料、化工、医药等行业。由于该泵的转子形状较为特殊而精度要求又很高 , 所以设计制造较为困难。 本课题主要对一定参数的四叶型转子泵进行结构设计,主要解决转子轮廓曲线的设计计算工作,针对两个共轭式叶片,利用曲线方程绘制复杂的圆弧共轭曲线, 并应用 CAD技术在 Pro/E 软件中进行转子泵零部件的整体建模、装配和仿真工作。 [ 关键词 ] 叶片转子泵转子轮廓曲线三维建模运动仿真 four-blade rotor pump design e(e) tutor: e Abstract A four-bladed rotor pump is widely used in transportation of viscous medium, with its small size, strong power, no pollution and other advantages are widely used in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Because the pump rotor shape is more special and high precision, so it is difficult to design and manufacture. The main topic of certain parameters of a four-bladed rotor pump structural design, mainly to solve the rotor profile curve design calculation, according to the two conjugation type blade, using the equation of a curve drawing complex conjugate curve arc.
