摘 要电缆盘装定长控制装置的设计是基于 AT89C51 单片机进行设计的定长控制器,操作直观简单,可以配套使用并控制相应的电机,广泛应用于各种电缆生产需要定长控制的机械。电缆盘装定长控制装置由信号采集调理部分、数码管显示部分电机控制部分以及键盘输入部分组成。控制器在执行过程中由信号采集调理部分将信号即脉冲传输到单片机中,单片机通过预定的程序对电机及切割部分进行控制;键盘输入部分通过键盘的按钮对电缆的长度进行设置,设定值可随时手动在数码管上显示。数据采集通道中采用 V/F 转换器,具有转换精度高、抗工频干扰能力强、易于实现光电隔离以及价格低廉等特点,合理确定外围元件的参数是保证数据采集精度的关键。本电缆盘装定长控制装置控制准确、结构简单、使用方便、适用范围很广。关键词:单片机,传感器,电缆定长控制,MAX7219AbstractCable tray fixed length control device design is a fixed-length controller, based on AT89C51 microcontroller. the design is intuitive simple, supporting the use and control the corresponding motor, widely applied in all kinds of cable production need to set the long control machine.
