In this process, The choice of materials, parting surface design, injection system design, moulding parts design and ejection system design are discussed detailedly. In the whole process, Three-dimensional modeling, The characteristics of the material were analyzed, Mould flow analysis. A complete result of design is thus attained. Technical parameters and processes have been optimized. The possibility of errors was reduced.
