We should draw up the situation of China agricultural trade association law.Key words: WTO《Agreement on Agriculture》；Agriculture Trades Association；Legislation 一、WTO 农业协议与农业立法我国加入 WTO《农业协议》，使中国农业融人经济全球化潮流，在总体上对我国经济进展有利，对我国改革开放有利，是符合我国改革开放战略目标的。但是，加入 WTO，由于降低关税、取消非关税措施，国内农产品市场将逐步扩大对外开放，因此，这不可避开地对农业与农村进展将产生不利的影响。并将中国纳入世界经济的一体化浪潮。农业可持续进展，随着中国和世界的同步，逐渐显露出加强的进展趋势，可持续进展已经成为社会进展的战略之一。因此，应加强系统的农业立法，把 WTO《农业协议》的规则本土化、法律规范化、具体化。我省农业立法要从实际出发，充分 WTO《农业协议》确立的基本原则，建立一套既有利于保护和支持农业进展，又有利于促进农业市场化公平竞争的法律制度。一是通过立法进一步推动农业和农村经济结构的战略性调整，提高农产品质量，增强农业的国际竞争力。二是利用 WTO《农业协议》对进展中...
