《伦敦保险协会货物保险条款》 （ １ ９ ８ ２ 年 １ 月 １ 日 修 订 ） （一）伦敦保险协会货物条款（Ａ） （ 仅 供 新 的 海 上 保 险 单 格 式 使 用 ） 承保范围 风 险 条 款 １ ． 本 保 险 承 保 除 下 列 ４ 、５、６、７各条 规定除 外责任以外的 一切风 险 所造成保 险 标的的 损失。 1. This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as provided in Clauses 4 5 6 and 7 below 共同海 损条 款 ２ ． 本 保 险 承 保 共同海 损和救助费用 ，其理算或确定应根据运输契约和／或有关法律和惯例办理。该项共同海 损和救助费用 的 产生，应为避免任何原因所造成的 或与之有关的 损失所引起的 ，但下 列 ４ 、５、６、７各条 或本 保 险 其他条 款 规定的 不保 责任除 外。 2. This insurance covers general average and salvage charges adjusted or determined according to the contract of affreightment and/or the governing law and practice incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of loss from any cause except those excluded in Clauses 4 5 6 and 7 or elsewhere in this insurance.
