We measured the CT values of stones using a 64-slice spiral CT scanner and evaluated the stone composition and fragility.Results: In this study, the stone compositions were calcium oxalate (61.5%), calcium phosphate (15.4%), calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate mixture (15.4%), and uric acid (7.7%). The average CT value of calcium oxalate stones was the highest (926.67±223.48 HU), while that of uric acid stones was the lowest (347.5±7.07 HU).
