精品文档---下载后可任意编辑DOPO 功能化的新型疏水聚磷酸铵的制备及在 PP 中的应用中期报告摘要:本文报道了一种通过化学反应功能化的新型疏水聚磷酸铵(DOPO-PN)的制备方法,并探究了其在聚丙烯(PP)中的应用。首先,DOPO和三乙醇胺(TEA)通过酰胺反应合成了 DOPO-TEA 中间体,然后将DOPO-TEA 中间体通过化学键接到聚磷酸铵(PN)的链端上,制备出DOPO-PN。利用 FTIR、1H NMR 和 TGA 表征,证明了 DOPO-PN 的成功合成。进一步讨论了 DOPO-PN 在 PP 中的应用,结果表明,DOPO-PN 的加入可以显著提高 PP 的疏水性和热稳定性。同时,DOPO-PN 的加入对 PP 的力学性能和透明性几乎没有影响。关键词:DOPO-PN;疏水性;热稳定性;聚丙烯Abstract:This paper reports a preparation method of a new functionalized hydrophobic poly(phosphonium) with DOPO group (DOPO-PN) through chemical reaction, and explores its application in polypropylene (PP). Firstly, DOPO and triethanolamine (TEA) were synthesized into DOPO-TEA intermediate through amide reaction, and then DOPO-TEA intermediate was chemically bonded to the end of poly(phosphonium) (PN) chain to prepare DOPO-PN. FTIR, 1H NMR and TGA were used to characterize the successful synthesis of DOPO-PN. Further studies on the application of DOPO-PN in PP showed that the addition of DOPO-PN could significantly improve the hydrophobicity and thermal stability of PP.
