In heterogeneous networks, network selection strategy is an important factor that affects network performance and user experience. The aim of this research is to analyze, design, and evaluate one of the network selection strategies to contribute to improving network performance and user satisfaction.This research will use literature review, experimental simulation, and data analysis methods to explore the mechanism of network selection strategies in heterogeneous networks, taking into account multiple factors such as network quality, latency, capacity, and cost. Simulation models will be built on appropriate simulation platforms such as Matlab or OMNET++ to conduct experimental simulations.
