The purpose of this study is to improve the superconducting performance of YBCO thin films by optimizing the preparation method and controlling the process parameters, so as to apply them to the preparation of high-temperature superconducting devices.This paper first introduces the basic concepts and research status of YBCO materials, and then details the preparation method of YBCO thin films, and characterizes the physical structure, chemical composition, and surface morphology of the films. Subsequently, the superconducting performance of the samples was tested using a four-probe measurement instrument, and the influence of preparation conditions on the superconducting performance was analyzed.The experimental results show that the YBCO thin films prepared by the solution method adopted in this paper have good superconducting properties, and under the condition of optimization of preparation parameters, they have the potential to further improve their superconducting 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑performance.
