Firstly, the significance and current status of one-dimensional semiconductor nanoheterostructures are introduced, as well as the principle and advantages of thermal evaporation method. Then, the specific steps of fabricating one-dimensional semiconductor nanoheterostructures by thermal evaporation method and the control of experimental parameters are explained. Next, the applications of one-dimensional semiconductor nanoheterostructures in photonic devices, sensors and other fields are discussed, and some research results and prospects are given.
