One-dimensional nanomaterials ZnO and their composite materials have become the research hotspot. Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, one-dimensional nanomaterials ZnO and their composite materials can be widely used in optoelectronic devices, energy storage and other fields. This study will focus on the application of one-dimensional nanomaterials ZnO and their composite materials in light-emitting diodes. By preparing one-dimensional nanomaterials ZnO and their composite materials, and applying them to light-emitting diodes, the photoelectric properties and other aspects of its performance will be studied.
