Water-based synthesis, co-precipitation method, sol-gel method and other methods were used. The structure and morphology of different morphologies of ZnFe2O4 were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the property of different morphologies of ZnFe2O4 was studied by gas sensitivity testing. The results show that the morphology of nano-ZnFe2O4 prepared under different conditions is significantly different, and its structural characteristics, magnetic properties and other properties also vary. The study can provide theoretical and practical reference for the preparation and application of nano-ZnFe2O4.Keywords: nano-ZnFe2O4, hydrothermal method, co-precipitation method, sol-gel method, gas sensitivity properties.
