To isolate and identify the biologically active components of non-water-absorbing Aspergillus, this paper mainly studies the isolation and cultivation of strains, extraction and purification of metabolic products, and biological activity identification. Traditional isolation and cultivation methods are used, and detection and analysis of strain cultivation and its metabolic products are carried out by spectrophotometry, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, etc., and identified by bioactivity testing. The experimental results show that non-water-absorbing Aspergillus contains many biologically active components, among which anti-tumor and anti-bacterial effects are the most significant, providing experimental basis and theoretical basis for further research on their chemical structure and medicinal value.Keywords: non-water-absorbing Aspergillus; biologically active components; isolation; identification; medicinal value.
