This study aims to explore the cultural integration risks of Chinese enterprises' overseas mergers and acquisitions and propose corresponding solutions to improve the success rate of Chinese enterprises' overseas mergers and acquisitions.Firstly, this paper will introduce the research background, objectives and significance, and summarize and critically analyze the relevant research already conducted. Secondly, this paper will analyze the current situation of Chinese enterprises' overseas mergers and acquisitions and the reasons for cultural integration risks, and conduct in-depth exploration from the perspectives of talents, organizations, and culture.
