农田杂草病原真菌资源调查

精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要 收集了宁夏部分地区 35 种杂草上的植物病原真菌，并对每种病原菌进行初步镜检、分离培育和鉴定。结果表明，宁夏农田杂草共有菌物 4 亚门、9 纲和亚纲、8 目、10 科、23 属、46种。其中宁夏新纪录种 10 个,宁夏寄主新纪录种 7 个。新记录种分别是芒柄锈菌 Puccinia miscanthi、百合科炭疽刺盘孢菌 Colletotrichumliliacerum、曼陀罗生链格孢 新种 Alternaria daturicola、稗黑粉菌 Ustilago trichophora、禾生炭疽菌 Colletotrichum graminicola、损毁链格孢Alternaria destruens、狗牙根平脐孺孢 Bipolaris cynodontis、尖角突脐孺孢 Exserohilum monoceras、旋花柄锈菌 Puccinia convolvuli 和角果藜单胞锈菌 Uromyces ceratocarpi。关键词：杂草 病原真菌 宁夏A survey of pathogenic fungi on farmland weedsin ningxiaAbstractPathogenic fungi on 35 species of weeds were collected and identified in ningxia .The results showed that there were 46 species in Ningxia ,which belonged to 4 subphylums , 9 classes and subclasses ,8 orders ,10 famalies , 23genera .
