Therefore, it is of great significance to study the coupling relationship between flow field and temperature field in the casting process by numerical simulation. In this paper, numerical simulation is conducted to study the coupling relationship between casting flow field and temperature field, and the existing literature and experimental results are analyzed and discussed.Firstly, this paper introduces the casting process and the factors that affect the quality of castings, focusing on the influence of flow field and temperature field on the shape and surface quality of castings, and briefly introduces the numerical simulation technology. Then, by establishing the mathematical model of the casting process, the flow field and temperature field of the casting are solved, and the numerical simulation results are verified.
