Rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and high-pressure oxygen group and underwent ischemia-reperfusion operation. Changes in intestinal mucosal pathological changes, cell apoptosis and related molecular expression were detected by HE staining, TUNEL method, immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR, to explore the effect of high-pressure oxygen on intestinal mucosal ischemia-reperfusion injury-induced cell apoptosis. It is expected that high-pressure oxygen can significantly reduce intestinal mucosal cell apoptosis and improve pathological changes in intestinal mucosa, with statistical significance compared to the model group. The results of the study can provide reference for the treatment of intestinal mucosal ischemia-reperfusion injury by high-pressure oxygen.Keywords: High-pressure oxygen, intestinal mucosa, cell apoptosis, ischemia-reperfusion, rats
