摘 要随着市场竞争的加剧和全球经济一体化的进展,作为“第三利润源泉”的物流业得到了迅速的进展。而这些企业在完成了它的原创积累阶段以后,必定面临着法律规范内部管理的问题。企业之间的竞争,主要表现在人力资源方面上,人力资源是影响企业未来进展状况的重要因素之一。本论文通过对国内外相关文献的讨论,首先从剖析物流企业绩效考核中现存的问题出发,具体介绍和解释了绩效考核的含义、程序、意义、作用和原则 ,然后阐述了多种不同类型的绩效考核方法,列出了绩效考核方法各自的优缺点及适用环境,最后结合北京宅急送公司的案例进行分析,通过理论讨论和实证分析为快递企业员工的绩效考核体系设计提出了详细的意见和解决方案。关键词:物流,绩效考评,体系讨论Abstract The acceleration of competition and international economic integration, logistics industry as ”the third profitable headspring" has developed rapidly. when these enterprise have finished their stage of primitive accumulation, they must face the problem of criterion of interior management.
