数控铣削中心——自动换刀装置设计数控铣削中心——自动换刀装置设计摘 要不用人工操作的能够自主进行换刀的一种装置被称为自动换刀装置,它用数控代码设置程序,使机器进行有目的性的工作,自动换刀装置可以使刀具有选择性、安全、精准地进行更换。 数控削铣中心应用最为广泛的便是刀库,设计相应的刀的圆盘式刀的灵感来源于其使用的场合和实际运用的要求,最后对它的控制进行一定的探究。本次设计的主要任务是对刀库的结构、传动的结构、各部件工作原理介绍说明以及各零件的计算,还有就是对各个部位的 CAD 零件图进行绘画以及装配图的绘画,最后尝试进行三维仿真。本次设计所研究的重点刀库的结构设计,一是对自动换刀装置进行介绍;二是对传动部分蜗杆、蜗轮的介绍以及计算;三是驱动电机的选择与计算;最后对刀库送刀部分、液压控制和 PLC 控制部分进行简要的介绍。关键词:数控削铣中心、自动换刀装置、刀库结构、传动结构CNC milling center——Design of automatic tool change deviceAbstract A kind of device that can change the tool independently without manual operation is called automatic tool change device.
