本科论文摘 要本文主要对新疆油田公司成本管理问题及对策进行了研究分析。伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展与改革开放的日益深化,我国石油企业面临的市场竞争愈发激烈,许多石油企业都在实现可持续发展的过程中碰到了管理成本不断提高与油田开采的难题。新疆油田是一个已经开采了很长时间的老油田,因此其油气勘探开发的难度日益增大,开采的成本也是不断提高。文章第一部分阐述了成本管理的理论基础,讲述了成本管理的影响和特点,并概述了石油公司的成本管理。文章的第二部分主要分析了新疆油田公司成本管理的现状,即:新疆油田公司成本构成;新疆油田公司成本管理措施。文章第三部分强调了新疆油田公司在成本管理方面面临的主要问题,即:如何制定低成本发展战略;精细化管理思想尚未深入成本管理;成本核算和管理体系不完善;成本管理控制能力薄弱。文章第四部分论述成本管理新疆油田公司的措施和建议,即:提高成本管理意识;改进成本管理制度和提高执行能力。关键词:新疆油田公司;成本管理;油田;成本本科论文AbstractThis paper mainly studies and analyzes the cost management problems and Countermeasures of Xinjiang Oilfield Company.
