新旧动能转换背景下济南市轨道交通建设融资模式研究论文

Jinan is the regional central city of the pilot zone, and it is in this context. Due to the large scale of investment and the high unit cost of urban rail transit, the cost of a one-kilometre subway in most major cities exceeds 500 million yuan, and individual line investments exceed 10 billion yuan.
