摘 要人力资源管理的首要一步就是招聘,与之相对应的招聘工作是非常重要且复杂的。人力资源管理中最不能缺少的一部分就是招聘。如今,我国的科技飞速发展,网络信息传播速度也越来越快,人才市场也越发的活跃起来,这些状况的改变给企业招聘活动的开展提供了方便,但同时也给企业的招聘工作增加了难度,并且目前地域间的差异在很多方面都比较突出,比如经济、教育和文化,招聘本身也具有一定的复杂性,所以中小城市的企业的员工招聘的工作中面临着很大的困难。本文以唐山龙泉机械有限公司为例,综合考虑公司内外部的大环境影响和企业本身的发展,对公司的技术型员工的招聘工作做出一个完整的招聘策划案,确保现实可行,规范合理。设计招聘策划案一方面是企业现阶段的发展对人才需求量大,另一方面,目前技术型人才稀缺,尤其是经验丰富的技术型人才,企业想要长足的发展,在人才储备方面就不能落后。策划案的设计以公司 2020 年度经营计划为依据,结合公司的实际发展状况进行。同时策划案的设计需要保证人力成本和时间成本缩小,招聘工作的效率提高,招聘的人员能切实提升企业竞争力。这是企业从中小企业跻身上游的第一步,也是是企业间竞争的关键。关键词: 招聘; 技术型; 人力资源管理; 策划AbstractThe first step of human resource management is recruitment, and the corresponding recruitment work is very important and complex.
