西藏自治区拉萨市社区居家养老现状及对策研究VIP专享

摘 要随着我国社会不断的发展，传统文化价值观和传统社会的经济结构的变化，使传统的家庭养老不断弱化，社会养老环境下出现了适应社会发展的居家养老新型的养老模式。本文以拉萨市城关区鲁固社区为例，通过问卷调查，文献收集，面谈等方法搜集资料，描述居家养老服务在鲁固社区的实施现状，以及对社区居家养老服务在实施过程中所出现的问题提出合理可行的解决方法。关键词：社区；养老；服务；居家养老服务；社会工作者AbstractAlong with the social development, changes in the economic structure of the traditional cultural values and traditional society, the traditional family endowment is weakening, social environment has to adapt to the social development of home care for the new pension model. In this paper, the Chengguan District of Lhasa City Lu solid community as an example, through the questionnaire survey, literature collection, interviews and other methods to collect data, describe the status of implementation of home-based care services in Shandong solid community, and the community home-based care services arising in the implementation process of the proposed method is reasonable and feasible.Key words: community; pension; service; home care service; social worker一、绪论（一）选题背景和研究意义随着科学的进步，人口老龄化将会是未来社会的发展趋势，主要原因有两点，第一点是人类的寿命因为科技的进步而被延长，导致老人在社会中的比重也就越来越多。第二点是随着社会制度和保障的完善，导致人们减少了生育数量，社会中新生婴儿的数量减少，也就相应的增加了老人在社会中的比重。未来，人口老龄化问题将会成为社会关注的主要问题，因为老人人口数量越多，将会涉及到“养老”问题，还会涉及到老人的归属感和生活质量的问题，这些都或多或少的给人类社会的发展造成了阻碍。在激励的老龄化局面的驱使下，我国政府必须要采取措施，制止不断提高的人口老龄化比例，不再逃避老龄化问题给我国政府的压力，让老龄化问题成为一个公共问题摆到我们的台面上，牢牢地吸引我们的目光。随着社会发展，老龄化问题若是不在给予重视，将会动摇我们的国本，更是...
