我国家电零售业中上市公司融资问题研究—以国美电器为例摘 要本文从上市公司的发展现状及其地位和作用等多方面来分析上市公司的。再对家电零售业的发展现状及几种常用的融资方式进行详细的分析，并以家电零售业中的国美电器为例分析国美电器的融资模式。从国美电器的融资结构、融资方式和通过与其他两家同行业企业的数据比较及各项财务指标分析，深入了解国美电器的发展现状，针对前面的分析指出国美电器在融资过程中存在的问题，最后针对于存在的问题提出完善国内电器融资问题的相关优化建议，以实现国美电器的进一步优化发展。关键词： 上市公司；家电零售业；国美电器；融资模式；财务分析；问题及对策Research on the Financing of Listed Companies in China's Home Appliance Retailing Industry——Taking Gome as an ExampleAbstractThis article analyzes listed companies from the aspects of their development status, status and role. Then, it analyzes the development status of home appliance retail industry and several commonly used financing methods in detail, and takes Gome in the home appliance retail industry as an example to analyze the financing model of Gome.
