中国稀土出口的现状与对策研究中国稀土出口的现状与对策研究摘 要稀土是我国的重要战略资源，应用于高新科技产业以及军工产业领域。近年来，我国的稀土储存量、稀土产量及出口量均位列世界首位，但是稀土的出口还是被主要进口国所限制。在当今中美贸易战、多边摩擦的背景之下，虽然我国的稀土产业链已得到相对的完善，但稀土产业多是处于低端开发加工阶段。本文从中国稀土的出口量、出口价格、出口地理方向、稀土净出口指数、出口依存度等方面对中国稀土出口现状进行分析，发现稀土的出口以及出口定价权被主要进口国限制，为解决稀土出口定价权缺失的问题，本文提出了相应的解决对策，如：需要严格管制开采和生产并进行战略储备、形成稀土联盟、建立科学的稀土产品价格体系、初步建立稀土期货市场、加大稀土研发投入力度，这样才可掌握稀土出口定价权，促进稀土出口的良性发展。 关键词：稀土出口；出口定价权；SWOTAnalysis on the current situation and countermeasures of China's Rare Earth ExportAbstractRare earth is an important strategic resource in China, and it is used in the fields of high-tech industry and military industry.
