I茂泰五金有限公司人力资源问题及对策研究内 容 摘 要在现今新的经济背景下,人力资源已成为社会发展最重要的资源之一,也在企业竞争中占据着十分重要的地位,科学的人力资源管理是企业持续发展的必备要素。本课题以中山市茂泰五金有限公司为例,在人力资源管理、胜任力理论、目标管理理论为理论的基础上,通过文献研究法、个人访谈法以及实地走访法,对该公司人力资源管理进行分析。该公司在人力资源管理上并未制定人力资源规划缺乏专业的人力资源管理人才以及绩效考核体系不完善,造成这些问题的原因是公司领导者的管理观念落后、公司组织架构未完善,对此,笔者认为该公司应建立健全人力资源管理部门、制定适合公司的人力资源规划、人员配置实现人岗匹配、完善绩效考核机制。关键词:人力资源管理;人员配置;绩效管理IIResearch on Human Resource Problems and Countermeasures of Maotai Hardware Limited CompanyAbstractIn today's new economic situation, human resources have become one of the most important resources for social development and occupy a very important position in enterprise competition.
