浅析金融监管问题

摘要本文对我国金融监管的基本面进行了分析，同时提出了金融监管中出现的问题及对策，找出并借鉴了西方国家在金融监管在金融危机形势下采取的相关措施，包括理论上的革新和新的法律法规的颁布等等。金融危机下，对于金融监管存在的问题，我国应该积极的进行反省与思考，找出我国金融监管中存在的问题，在吸取经验教训的同时结合我国国情，建立起一套稳固的金融监管体系，为我国经济健康快速的发展打下坚实的基础。关键字金融监管；金融危机；金融监管体系 IAbstractThis paper discusses the fundamentals of financial supervision and also analyze the problems and countermeasures of financial supervision.
